FAQ's

1) How do I book your services?

The sooner you book your service the better. I only accept so many bookings per day so my services go quickly. I would suggest booking at least 10 days in advance to ensure your date.

2) What if you return sooner or later than expected?

Before you leave I always request what day and time you will be leaving and what day and time you will be returning. This ensures that adequate visits are made and no potty accidents happen.

3) When is payment due for services?

Paws & Whiskers gladly accepts cash or check with payment being due the day services begin. Payment can be made the day of consultation or can be left for me on the first initial visit.

4) What areas do you cover for your pet sitting services?

I cover the University, Concord and Harrisburg areas and keep a very small radius of only about 20 miles. This ensures that quality can be met on each initial visit. If your outside of the University area please contact me personally to see if arrangements can be made.
